Barbari Bread

Classic Persian bread Barbari (Persian Flatbread). It's one of the thickest flatbreads, and typically topped with sesame seeds or black seeds. 

Ingredients: whole wheat flour (whole wheat flour, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide, amylase), water, sesame seeds, salt, yeast.
